How To Join

If you are interested in joining Calgary Women in Energy (CWIE), here is information on how to go about it:  

• We recommend that you attend a couple of the meetings to see if the group would be a good fit for you prior to sign up.  Email me to let me know you will be attending at hansencj7@gmail.com.  I will keep you on my list for meeting/function alerts for 3 months from date of initial contact.
• We have two monthly meetings to which attendance is not required but we hope you will participate as much as possible (Presentation Meeting and Networking Function on the third Thursday of each month; Golf Tournament Meeting on the first Wednesday of each month). 
• We put on an annual charity golf tournament in July. In 2009, we raised $22,000 for The YWCA - Sheriff King Home for battered women.  
• We participate in a fun annual food drive for the Calgary Interfaith Food Bank in the winter/spring season.  
• The annual dues are $100/year; renewal in April.
